12-Month / 12,000-Mile Warranty

What's covered

Parts we install and the labor to install them, for 12 months or 12,000 miles from the repair date, whichever comes first. If a covered part fails under normal use, we replace it and redo the labor at no charge.

What's not covered

Normal wear items past their service life (brake pads, wiper blades, tires, bulbs, filters), damage from accidents, misuse, racing, overheating after ignoring a warning light, aftermarket modifications, or repairs performed elsewhere.

How to make a claim

Call us at the first sign of a problem and bring the vehicle in. Continued driving after a failure can cause additional damage that isn't covered. Keep your invoice; it's your warranty record.

Customer-supplied parts

We can install parts you bring us, but the warranty then covers labor only. We recommend letting us source parts so the whole repair is covered.
